The Management of Construction projects is the complete management
of a project as a company since it is concieved (a long time
before its construction) until its culmination. It includes
an Economical Feasibility Study of the project, Planning,
Budget, Sales and Control of the Project.

This study helps determine the economical feasibility of the
project, based on information given by the client and includes
the determination of the sales prices, cost calculation projections
of cashbox flow, and defining financing alternatives.

Determines the planning of the activities of the project,
the stage where they will be developed, the resources to use
and the time in which the project will be completed. Once
started, the advance of the items will be calculated by months
or weeks according to their importance in the whole project.

The total budget of the project will be calculated based on
the analysis of the unit prices.

Elaboration of the advertising campaigns, definition of sales
strategies, direct management of the sales forces (real estate
businesses, advisors and internal dealers) and follow up of
the relation with each client and the income each one of them
generates.

A follow up and control of the project will be made in physical
progress and costs. Based on this a monthly report will be
produced, including a detailed follow up of the project during
all its phases as well as the necessary measures to be taken
to finish the project thoroughly.
